Yesterday I download Bejeweled to my iPod Video and last night gave it a go. I have to say that I was not sure what to expect having played Bejeweled all these years on my Treo and Tungsten C what would the experience be on my iPod. I was not disappointed. The sound is just awesome and 10 out of 10 to Astraware and Apple for porting some great graphics. The screensize is just right, it has the classic Bejeweled moves that we are used to on our Palm device and at the same time I think somehow they have improved the graphics over the Palm / PDA versions. I have always been impressed with how Bejeweled has looked on my Palm device but it is stunning on a Treo. You have to pay a couple of $ /£'s per game but needless to say that I was playing Bejeweled onto my Treo until 1:30am this morning. I would have gone to bed earlier but I was at the Manchester United game and did not get around to downloading the game until I returned. This morning here at PA Towers a couple of the guys here in the office have been playing around with Bejeweled on my iPod and seem to like it, plus you can can also save the current state of the game which is handy too. Well done again to Apple and Astraware for porting this great game to the iPod, a job well done, and worth the money.
