[From Mauricio Tanzi] Just last week, the only carrier in Costa Rica, ICE, announced that they are going to sell the iPhone 4 in June. Communications have been a state monopoly until this year, so we're going to have 2 new carriers by year's end: Claro and Telefonica. So now that we're going to have 3 carriers in play, there is going to be competition so they are starting to bring smartphones. This is really exciting news! And maybe in the future we´re going to have phones with Android, webOS and Windows Phone 7. The only thing that gets me worried is that maybe they're going to bring older models and not the latest ones, buy well, let´s hope for the best.
