Used my Treo 800w for GPS navigation today. I was taking my family to a campground for the afternoon, and it was hidden away in Southern New Hampshire. Even though it was only about 10 minutes from our house, I never could have found it.
Thanks to my Garmin XT software, I was cruising through the little country roads like a pro, and I found the place without a problem.
Once we got to the camp, I was able to shoot a few pix with my phone, which was good, since I forgot to bring a real camera. And, we all had fun!
While it was only a few years ago, I can't believe I used to navigate with paper maps or a MapQuest printout.
