I know this is a little off topic, but I had to pass this item on. (I saw this on
Engadget, but the original, with greater detail, is actually at the
Jerusalem Post.) You no doubt know that GPS units use satellites locked in the heavens to help guide us to our terrestial destinations. Enter a new class of GPS, which directs its owner toward his Father in Heaven at the same time as it draws guidance from the heavens.
It's a GPS unit, "unveiled Thursday morning at a Tel Aviv press conference in the office of the city's Chief Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau," which includes religious POIs, various general and travel-related prayers, and the entire book of Tehillim (Psalms).
I guess it's for when you want to take the "Higher" path.
