During a recent trip to Vancouver, I found how useful it was to have Wi-Fi on my Treo. I have the Enfora Wi-Fi sled and it's nice to be able to connect via Wi-Fi while I'm visiting family. That way, I don't have to take over a computer but still be able to do a lot of stuff on my Treo. That includes downloading my daily Audible files, checking email, getting newsfeeds, checking Facebook, browsing the internet and listening to local radio stations. Sure, I could grab hold of a radio (actually I can't find a radio anywhere) so it's nice to be able to listen to CKWX (an all news radio station) in Vancouver and keep up to date on what's happening, especially on the Vancouver civic workers strike and traffic. And of course listening to radio stations other than news is always fun.
So, needless to say, my Enfora Wi-Fi sled got a good workout while I was away and I'm quite glad that I was able to keep up on what's happening even when I'm not at home.
