[From Cyrus, Singapore] I have been trying to pick up Spanish over the last few weeks, and I am delighted to find that the Palm products are generally well-suited to this task. In fact, they appear to have been designed to make the writing and/or typing of all European languages a breeze. Using the Graffiti it is extremely easy to type in the accents and the tildes. However, the inverted question and exclamation marks aren't quite so easy to write. But fret not, for the Palm wireless keyboard has dedicated key combinations (conveniently printed onto the keys themselves) that make the whole process largely painless. I am able to make word lists using Memos under a Spanish category, which I often refer to for vocabulary and grammar reminders. Add to that the pTunes from NormSoft, playing Spanish audio lessons in the background, and I have a mobile language learning station!
