Today has been a rather strange day. My internet at work died and I had to rely on the trusted servie iof my Tyungsten C to stay online. How strange, I flew straight back from Ireland and then went straight to the office. It was working fine on Friday and just shows these things happen. Thankfully I am able to connect to the internet using an IR connection with my Tungsten C and Nokia phone.
It also shows that we rely heavily on the internet and when it goes down we become lost and feel. My method fof work means that we have to stay connected using the internet, email and instant messaging and this being the case when the internet goes down we feel lost. Thankfully the Tungsten C has come to the rescue. I am able quite quickly to connect to the internet, retrieve email and update Palm Addict. It just shows that we rely a great deal on our Palm devices when we are in need and you just never know when you need them. Everyday events such as checking your diary, telephone numbers, finishing a document are all very routine however it also goes to show that your Palm can come in very handy when you least except it.
All I will say is thank goodness for my Tungsten C this morning ;-)
