I'm currently in the Apple Store, 9th Avenue and 14th Street and as you can see its as busy as ever. It's great service. An example I'm using their wifi, it's super fast and one of the assistants asks me if I need some help. I'm fine I'm browsing, I say. Nevertheless the assistant commented that my MacBook Air was looking a little dusty, and free of charge gives it a good clean for me. I never asked for it, he just went and did it, bear in mind that the store is also busy too. Now that is good service and is a great example of why I'm an advocate of Apple.
