[From Jon Albert] Jon has just sent word about updating his iPhone with todays new update "I just wanted to let you know that after I updated I lost the jailbreak but not the ability to tether. I will test unlock, and jailbreak later tonight after work. For the record my iPhone was not unlocked just jailbroke. I will try both later."
