[From JLudd] JLudd sent me this link which talks about recent SKYPE updates for those of my PA readers who own Windows Mobile devices. "The latest version of Skype for the Windows Mobile platform adds some nifty new features. Users will now be able to swap files back and forth, and can send text messages to other mobile phones directly from Skype.
Skype is no doubt a powerful tool for the business professional and world traveler. As it has moved from the PC to the smartphone, it's become even more useful -- especially at helping to keep cell phone bills under control when roaming overseas.
Skype has been great at adding new features and functionality over time. Today's release of version 3.0 for Windows Mobile should get Skype users plenty excited. It still offers free Skype-to-Skype calling, free instant messaging, and cheap(er) calls to regular cell phones and landlines." Read in full via Information Week.
