[From Jon Albert] I recently switched back to my iphone after trying the Palm Pre and having to replace it 3 times. I am going to stick to my iphone and maybe consider the Palm after it has had a chance to grow and develop more. I need my phone to be able to keep track of calendar, clients and of course music. it goes every where with me and needs to be able to keep up. I have had a few problems over the years with my iphone but nothing serious. Also the palm just seems to be delicate, I think due to the sliding out keyboard. just seems loose. I also had an issue with the software on both phones but Apple is definitely easier to deal with, thanks to the Apple store. Palm wants you to send it in and go with out a phone until they are done determining the problem and whose fault it is. Or you can give them 29.99 and a hold of 400.00 on your credit card. That sucks. Anyway the final draw with me was the head phone jack malfunctioned and I was not allowed to use the handset on a call, I either had to use the speaker, bluetooth or hook in the headphones. So thats my palm experience. Love you Apple.....
