Searching For Perfect Mobile Reading

[From Joe Baughman] I love to read. The Palm makes it easy to read on the go by letting me keep a library in my pocket. While I find myself using the Palm and eReader quite a bit, it still could use improvement. The Zodiac was my favorite eReader of choice for two reasons, the screen was a good size, and the trigger buttons were extremly comfortable to use when turning pages! Turning pages easily is essential to a good mobile read. The TX is not bad, but it is not great either, you either tap the screen, or use the 5-way control. Both are more awkward than a side key next to the thumb or finger. The Zire 720 seems like it would have the perfect solution, using the side button for page tuning, but, as of yet, I haven't figured out a way to remap that button. eReader is my top choice for books with iSilo and MobiReader next in line. eReader secure is my choice for DRM books, it is fairly easy to use on multiple devices. I have seen the Kindle and the Sony Reader, but they seem bulky to me and neither supports my library of eReader PDB files. The iTouch might have potential, the reader looks good, nice size, multi-function, and lets me read my existing library of titles. I'll have to check one out sometime, until then I will still be searching for the perfect mobile reader.
