This tool, the Mind Manager, will help you find it. Just click in how happy you were and what you did at the end of the day. The Mind Manager will analyze your tendency, and tell you what makes you happy, and what doesn't.
At night, before you go to bed, enter your overall happiness (1 - 5) and events that happened to you in the day. For example, if you were healthy, if you had a nice conversation with your partner, etc. You may hit the "comm" button to write a comment. Then, hit the "Exam" button. Mind Manager will analyze your history, and using aheuristics, tell you which events seem to make you happy/unhappy.
Mind Manager is an approach to scientifically find out what makes people happy. So your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
