What Can Replace a Palm TX, Is there an Ultimate Mobile Device?

[From Chris] Sammy, I just wanted to say that I've enjoyed your website for the past few years. I appreciate your work, and the work of the other editors. I've been an avid Palm users for over 10 years now. I currently have a Palm TX, but it really giving me problems, and I'm looking to replace it. I sure wish Palm would come out with their next generation devices soon. But since they've been taking so long, I'm really considering other options. The iPOD Touch/iPhone have been catching my attention, but I'm still not sure that is the a viable replacement. The features that I really like on my Palm are: 1. All the available software (Apple iPhone SDK has been released, so we should start seeing apps soon). 2. I like the WiFi access (check for iPod Touch/iPhone). 3. I Like the expansion slot, as now days its pretty easy to find a card reader, and that way you don't have to carry around an extra cable. (There is no expansion slot on the iPod Touch/iPhone) 4. I like the bluetooth audio using Audio Gateway. (iPod Touch.iPhone do not support audio through bluetooth at this time.) So I think I'll see if I can repair my TX and keep it going for a little while longer.
