[From Vinit gupta, Mumbai, India] Dear Sammy, I have just discovered a simple way for CRM on my blackberry. I have created an excel sheet with all my sales data including client names, sales figues, average sale and the number of times they bought from us over the year. I carry this excel sheet with me on my blackberry all the time. All I have to do is sort data by the date last purchased, and I can see which clients I have not contacted in a long time. Then I use the blackberry to immediately either make a call or send the client a text message that they have not purchased from us for a long time. If they ask me to call at a later date, its immediately entered as a task. If they ask me to come over and give them a presentation, its entered in my calender. This way I have significantly boosted my sales. Thanks to my blackberry, my small business has seen significant increase in sales volumes.
