Getting ready to ditch my Touch...

[From Christo in Africa] It's Christo from way down south in Africa... Greetings from a cold and rainy Pretoria in South Africa... Yip, it was maybe a tad premature to write a posting about "Getting ready to ditch my TT5..." last week... Coz I'm back to my Palm OS device! And looking out for a TX!

• Reasons
- The main one - my productivity went down to zero - didn't write anything, not even a single idea jotted down in PsMemo or Word2Go... The iTouch is a great Media player with an even better browser, but it's an entertainment/output device - you watch, listen & surf on it... If your PDA needs are mostly looking up info, then the iPod Touch is great - everything the LifeDrive promised to be AND more. But... If if you're looking to enter a lot of info away from the desktop, then the iTouch won't really work for you. Input is very limited to say the least!

I'll keep the Touch and check back after the App Store is up and running.... I just wish would Palm would catch a wake-up call and release a TX w/ built in GPS and Cellular radio already!
