HANNAH'S CENTRO DIARY: Emailing and the Afternoon with my Palm Centro

So far nothing bad to report on my Centro. Managed to set up my email to come to my Centro now, pretty easy to combat really. The email themselves are really good, showing as though they would do on my laptop, so no wording is left out or awkward spaces where content should be but has had to be left out as of the format. However the Centro shows all the applications you need from your emails, and i even have the choice to published word documents to send as attachments to my emails. I now have the day prepared away from the laptop so with the help of my Centro i can pick up urgent emails without having to have my laptop attached to my side!

This afternoon sees me in a lot of meetings so lets see how the Centro figures in a business world, alongside other hand held devices how does the Centro fair to the leading competitors. I'll let you know later how i get on, but up to now i don't think that there is going to be a problem.

I also discovered a new feature of the Centro, well new to me. When i have an unidentifiable caller the Centro recognises this when i have answered the call and automatically asks whether i would like to add the contact to my address book. Luckily this feature will help me to save contacts without having to trawl through my unknown contacts wondering who they are. This will allow me to save the contact under a name straight away, less chance of losing the number. The next thing i need to work on myself is trying to remember peoples names, and what i've saved them as and this feature will be even more perfect for my forgetful mind.

Managing to get to know my Centro more now and figuring out what i can do on it and what options are available to me on the applications, really easy to use and understand, and once you get the hang of the QWERTY keyboard you can email and text like a true typing champion!
