It's been all over the media whenever Steve Jobs made his moves, like this one when he met with NTT DoCoMo president; Wall Street Journal Asia had the teaser story covered in their article. According to WSJA, not only this big guy from NTT DoCoMo that met with Steve Jobs, so did the president of Softbank Corp.; the 3rd big mobile operator in Japan. This would only mean one thing: they're racing to get iPhone branded with their logos first & sell it on the Japan land. They believe the shiny glitter of iPhone will attracts Japanese customers, who also gadget lovers. Here are what makes the news interesting: First, Japan only has 3G network for their GSM, while current iPhone is only operate in 2G (EDGE) network; is this means Apple will release the 3G iPhone? Second, Japan customers are well known for their love for flip phones; will Apple redesign and finally launch a new flip iPhone?
Only time will tell, but one thing sure is that Steve Jobs will definetely not going to turn down the fat-juicy offer from those two big players from Japan...
