My review of Text Twist

Text Twist is a great word game to play and can become very addictive, I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys word game. I have downloaded Text Twist onto my device and I am going to give you an insight as to how to play the game. On entering into Text Twist you will see a bright blue screen with the words Text Twist on it and then underneath it will say play click on the play button and then you will see a prompt appear on the screen telling you how to play the game this is great and it tells you exactly how to play the game, the aim of the game and how to reach the next level.

After you have read the tutorial and are happy to start playing the game tap the screen and then the game board will appear down the left hand side of the screen you will see numerous lines where the words will appear if you have entered the word correctly, Then at the top of the screen you will see 6 empty boxes and below this six circles with letters in the middle of them you have to tap on the letters in the order you would like them to be for them to move up into the boxes above to try and spell one of the words to fill a word in on the left hand side.

Below the letters there are four options twist, enter, clear and last word. When you click on twist it rotates the six letters to make it easier for you to see other words that you can spell to try and complete the level, enter is pressed when you have spelt a word and want to know if the word is correct then there is clear which clears the letters out of the six boxes so you can begin to start a new word, Finally the last word button when you click on this the last word you spelt will appear in the boxes again. Below these four options you will see your score and time. The aim of the game is to spell as many different words as possible with the six letters provided if the word is correct it will appear on the left hand side but if the word does not fit then at the bottom it will tell you that the word does not exist. To pass onto the next level you have to solve the six letter word this game might sound easy but some of the words are really tricky and you are also against the time you get two and a half minutes to try and complete all the words down the left hand side if you manage to complete all the words before the time runs out you will receive a bonus and move to the next level, but you can still move to the next level as long as you complete the six letter word and if you don’t it is game over and you have to start the game again, if you manage to get a high score you will be asked to enter your name which will then be entered on to the high score board. The graphics on this game are bright and very easy on the eye, it is a great game to play and you can have hours of fun playing it!
