New Update to Olive Tree Bible Reader

[From Shelly Middleton] Hey Sammy! I just wanted to let everyone know that Olive Tree has made another update their beta Bible Reader. This update is great! It adds another fully customizable secondary toolbar that really improves their highlighting feature among other things. A full list of the changes are listed on their site.

* Palm - Added customizable secondary toolbar (set your options in Menu > Preferences > Secondary Toolbar)
* Palm - Added main screen search results (turn it on in Menu > Preferences > Search Options) Read blog article to find out more.
* Palm ARM - Fixed note incompatibility with normal Palm BibleReader
* PPC - Added exit as a possible button on toolbar
* PPC - Restored full screen state on startup
* PPC - Fixed small home screens displaying when secondary toolbar is turned on
* Palm and PPC - Changed versified hyperlinks to first find an open Bible for the hyperlink before opening a new Bible, if the split screen settings for the window are set to "Next Available."
* Palm and PPC - Added search range text field to the search screens. Searching will use whatever is in these fields, and the search range dropdown menu will just fill in those fields
* Palm and PPC - Changed the logic for opening versified material from the library to be the same as opening versified material from a tab
