ACCESS prescence at the forthcoming Orange Partner Camp at Cape Canaveral, U.S, 16 - 18 April 2007

[From Liam Ryan] I hear that ACCESS will have a presence at the forthcoming Orange Partner Camp at Cape Canaveral, U.S, 16 - 18 April 2007 especially as ACCESS will be a recognised platinum sponsor. Orange and ACCESS are also working together in a number of ways. Orange recently named the ACCESS Linux Platform an Orange approved platform. In addition, the two companies are working together to develop the Orange Application Package for ACCESS Linux Platform-based mobile phones. Designed to accelerate time-to-market for ACCESS Linux Platform-based mobile phones and converged devices, the Orange Application Package for ACCESS Linux Platform is being designed to run on top of ACCESS Linux Platform. This package, containing applications optimized to deliver the Orange experience, will provide handset and mobile device manufacturers with a turnkey mobile Linux platform. This platform can then be used to easily and quickly develop ACCESS Linux Platform-based Orange Signature Devices.
