Something for readers in the UK. Ofcom Decide

[From Rosyth ( Scotland)] Hi Sammy a while since I've sent something in but read everyday and when time permits on the forum. Great work you and AWs doing. Anyway reason for email just seen on BBC Technology feed I get through mRSS that Ofcom is to legalise the use of FM transmitters for use incar with Ipods and the like. I got the as I said thro RSS feeds on mRSS from motionapps after a heads up on Palm Mac that it was free on PDA Essentials. Well worth the cost of the magazine that month as mRSS must be my most used app.

"Ofcom is legalising the use of FM transmitters that allow iPods and other MP3 players to play through car radios. The use of devices, such as Griffin's "iTrip", was banned in the UK as their transmissions can interfere with broadcasts by legal radio stations. However, the device and other similar accessories for MP3 players have been widely available online. "
