MVoice 5.0 is my personal assistant

[From Steve Adler] mVoice 5.0 has proven to be the most valuable tool for my Treo 700p. It's actually two programs in one. First, it's a voice recorder and Second, it allows you to sync with your desktop to transfer files from your SD card. There is no need to have a separate card reader.

I attend many sales trainings and lectures. mVoice allows me to record these events. I'm always amazed at how powerful the microphone is and how well the recordings come out. With my 2GB SD card, I have plenty of room to record several hours of information. After the event, I use the desktop sync to transfer the file to my PC. I then convert it to MP3 so it's a smaller file and more manageable. I can then use Pocket Tunes to listen to the event and take notes. I am also able to create a CD for my team members that were unable to attend.

I also use mVoice when I'm in my car. I can record a phone call with a client and email the recording to my assistant to fill an order. Now, that's productivity!
