How I used my Palm today

[From May C] Having a Treo 650, I obviously use it as a phone. Got a call from a friend to help her pick up her daughter since her car broke down. Since my Treo is my main phone nowadays (I no longer have my home landline, it's been my main phone and I can be reached at anytime, anywhere.) Take it as a good or bad thing.

I use Audible to keep me updated on the latest daily Wall Street Journal and listen to the top news article and editorials while I'm otherwise working on something else. I love being able to do anything while I'm listening to Audible.

Datebk5, Watchmaker and TreoAlarm keep me on top of what tasks, appointments I have for the day. The ability to have multiple alarms to ring really help keep me organized.

Just filled up on gas and inputted the auto gas log into my spreadsheet with Sheets To Go.

TypeRight makes it so simple for me to launch any application from within any application whether I'm in the launcher, Audible, Datebk5, etc. I love being able to press a button and I can turn on the Phone's radio on, right after I press a button to do a manual soft reset. I love it.

I use SiEd to compose my thoughts normally just before I go to sleep, normally for my blog or other ideas I wish to jot down. SiEd is so nice that I just have to input stuff in it without thinking much about formatting, etc.

And I used Card ExportII to transfer an agreement from my computer to the SD card so that I can go to the local Staples to fax it to (unfortunately, I don't have CSFax since I don't do much faxing anyway, but this could have been done with CSFax)

The great thing is that the Treo offers so many features and opportunities that are limited by our imagination. Just take a moment to think about how you can use your Treo and you may be surprised by how you can do practically all sorts of things. I'm always learning daily. :)
