In a local medical blog I run, I am trying to get IE users (66% in my case) to switch over to Firefox (the better browser as we know). However one user, who is also an avid Palm PDA and iSilo user, commented that iSiloX Clipper supports only IE.
Well that's true and there is no Firefox plugin or extension that "clips" directly to iSilo.
But wait. That's history.
I Googled a bit and found there is a free utility called ClipMe
* ClipMe: The Palm® platform is a wonderful way to become more effective- in whatever way you use it. Be it for leisure to relax and play games (and afterwards be more creative at work) or be it for reading news, mail and other information on the go. You figure...* However, when sitting at my notebook I find it hard to have a fast non-disrupted way to my Palm. For example I find it troublesome to take text from a document or website and past it as a memo. It simply requires too many steps to be "not in the way". Although when working with FireFox there is no way to quickly paste a website into your handy tool. Stop. There wasn't. Now you can use ClipMe to grab a link and quickly let iSilo convert the page(s) into Palm format. Just insert a special bookmark (see the product description for details) into your browser's bookmarks. Whenever you come across interesting information click this bookmark. If ClipMe is running (it sits non-intrusive in the tray bar waiting for you to call it), it will take the information sent to it. You can adjust iSilo properties if you want, then hit the Grab button and there you go- after your next hotsync this page is on your Palm!

Hmm after typing this post, I realised AJ mentioned this back in July 2005 in PA but heck, it's worth repeating it here I think ;)
