I received a package in the mail this week from Brando that I have been looking forward to using. The package contained two sets (3 each) of lenses that will adapt to work with any PDA or mobile phone camera. As you can see in the photo, the lenses come in nice/small plastic cases.
To use a lens: you just mount it directly to the camera with the sticky pad that come on each lens. Hint: make sure it stays on the lens when you remove it from the camera.
Here’s a list of the lenses I have, and several photos showing the results I had with them:
Distortion lens (photos 2 & 3)-- slims/narrows the image (or shortens it by turning the camera 90-degrees)
Macro lens (photo 4) -- microscopic image of anything as small as a few MM (Hints: set the lense against the object, and use good lighting) -- I took an upclose picture of the "BRANDO" logo in photo #1.

Tele lens (photo 5) -- Telescopic image brings distant object 1.5X closer

Kaleidoscope triangle (photos 6 & 7)-- Tri-images surrounding a central image

Kaleidoscope strip (photo 8 & 9) -- Narrow view of images in 3 strips

Soft filter (photo 10) -- softens background image to enhance the subject
So, what did I think?... Nice product! I had a lot of fun taking pictures using these lenses. I’m definitely going to find (or make) a spot for them in my purse (or handbag for, European friends :-)) so that I have them on hand. I also think my grandkids would have a lot of fun with them.
Interested? Look like fun?...you can check out Brando's Camera Lenses for PDAs and Camera Phones HERE.
