"Dear Peter: Thank you for contacting Palm Technical Support. My name is Franz and I will be assisting you on your query. I understand that you want to know if we are discontinuing our support for the LifeDrive™. Peter, I am grateful that your letter was brought to my attention and I appreciate your perseverance in settling this matter. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We have not discontinued in reproducing the LifeDrive nor will we be releasing a LifeDrive II to replace the one that we have just currently selling. We are not discontinuing our support (both phone and email) in helping you troubleshooting problems that you are encountering. Updates will be released for the LifeDrive as soon as our software engineers have any new releases. The article that you have read is just a hoax and we are assuring you that there is no LifeDrive II to be released soon. Thank you for your patience and for providing us with the opportunity to be of service to you."
